Pre-launch Notice

HugeTen is currently in a pre-launch testing phase. The platform, its features, and its marketplace mechanics are being actively developed and may change without notice.

No Final Terms Yet

The complete and final Terms of Service will be published before HugeTen is made available to the general public. During this testing period, the terms below serve as a basic interim summary only.

Use During Testing

Access to HugeTen during pre-launch is provided for testing purposes. You agree to use the platform in good faith and not to disrupt or misuse its services. Accounts, data, and marketplace activity created during this phase may be reset or removed as part of testing.

Crown Placements

A HugeTen Crown is a paid sponsored advertising placement. Each Crown placement has a 12-month placement cycle. Crown placements are available to businesses, content creators, and sports clubs, subject to the applicable rules for each category.

Detailed rules governing Crown purchase, bidding, ownership, renewal, and expiry are set out in the Crown & Bidding Rules.

Manual Renewal

There is no automatic renewal. HugeTen does not automatically charge you at the end of your 12-month placement term. There is no auto-renew toggle.

Manual renewal becomes available during the final 7 days before your current Crown expiration. You must manually initiate and successfully complete a new payment to renew. The renewal price is the applicable Crown base starting price for that position. Applicable VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar transaction taxes may be added. Tax is determined at payment time based on relevant customer information, location, applicable law, and HugeTen's tax registrations.

A successful manual renewal extends your Crown by another full 12 months from the current (old) expiration date. You do not lose the remaining days by renewing early during the 7-day renewal window.

Manual renewal is not available after the Crown expires. A failed manual renewal payment does not extend the Crown. You may retry while the Crown is still within the valid pre-expiration renewal window.

HugeTen may send service notifications or reminders relating to Crown expiration and renewal. Failure to receive a reminder does not extend the Crown term or the renewal window.

Competitive Auctions and Manual Renewal

Manual renewal applies only to the natural expiration of your 12-month placement. Competitive auction payments are separate from manual renewal payments.

If you are the current Crown owner, a competitor challenges your Crown, and you win the competitive auction and successfully pay, a fresh full 12-month placement cycle begins from the successful settlement moment.

If another participant wins the competitive auction and successfully takes over, Crown ownership changes according to the auction and takeover rules described in the Crown & Bidding Rules, and the new owner's 12-month placement begins according to the applicable activation timing.

Auction Timing and Winner Payment

If a valid bid is placed during the final 5 minutes of an auction, the closing time is automatically extended by 5 minutes to prevent last-second bidding. Placing a bid does not charge you immediately; you authorize HugeTen and its payment provider to save your payment method for settlement. If you become the winning eligible bidder, the winning amount may be charged automatically using the saved payment method without requiring you to manually return and initiate payment. If the highest eligible bidder cannot complete settlement, HugeTen may proceed to the next highest eligible bidder.

No Monthly Charge Without a Competitor

The end of a monthly auction period by itself does not restart your 12-month placement or result in any charge. If no competitor challenges your Crown, you are not charged merely because the monthly auction period ends, and your existing 12-month placement expiration remains unchanged.

Failed Manual Renewal

A failed manual renewal payment does not renew the Crown or extend the placement term. You may retry the renewal payment while the Crown is still within the valid pre-expiration renewal window. After the Crown expires, manual renewal is unavailable and the Crown becomes Available.

Refunds and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation rights are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Choosing not to manually renew allows the existing paid placement to expire and does not create a refund for the already-paid term.
