Prohibited & Restricted Businesses

Prohibited Activities

HugeTen may prohibit or restrict participation where a business, service, product, content, or activity:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Involves fraud, scams, deception, impersonation, or misleading practices.
• Involves exploitation, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, or other abusive or illegal sexual content.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or credible threats of violence.
• Involves illegal weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, or other unlawful regulated goods or services.
• Infringes intellectual property or other third-party rights.
• Uses HugeTen to distribute malware, phishing, spam, or conduct other malicious activity.
• Is subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions that prevent HugeTen or its payment or service providers from supporting it.
• Creates material legal, payment, security, or platform-abuse risk.

Restricted Industries

Some otherwise lawful industries may be restricted or require additional review depending on applicable law, payment-provider requirements, or HugeTen risk controls.

Enforcement

HugeTen may refuse, suspend, or remove participation where necessary to enforce these rules.

No Endorsement

This policy does not mean HugeTen verifies, approves, endorses, or certifies participating businesses. Crown placement remains paid sponsored advertising placement, not an award, ranking, or HugeTen endorsement.
