Sports Crown Rules

1. Who May Claim a Sports Crown

A Sports Crown may be claimed only by the sports club itself or by a person or organization authorized to act on behalf of that club.

Sports Crowns are offered for business or professional purposes in connection with the club's activities.

By claiming a Sports Crown, the claimant confirms that they have the authority necessary to act on behalf of the club and to purchase the sponsored placement in its name.

2. One Crown Per Sports Market

A club may hold no more than one Sports Crown within the same Country + Sport market.

A club or sports organization may hold Sports Crowns in different sports where it genuinely operates teams in those sports.

For example, an organization that genuinely operates both a basketball team and a football team may hold one Basketball Crown and one Football Crown in the applicable country.

A club may not hold multiple Crown positions within the same Country + Sport market.

3. Country Eligibility

A club may claim a Sports Crown only in the country where the relevant club or team officially operates or is based.

A club may not claim a Sports Crown in an unrelated country's Sports market.

4. Unauthorized Representation

By claiming a Sports Crown, the claimant confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of the named club.

If HugeTen reasonably determines that a claim was made without authorization, or that false or misleading information was provided, HugeTen may suspend or remove the Sports Crown and associated club content.

Payments associated with a Sports Crown removed because of false information or unauthorized representation are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Club Disputes

If a club or an authorized representative reports that a Sports Crown was claimed without authorization, HugeTen may review the complaint and may temporarily suspend the affected placement where reasonably necessary while the matter is reviewed.

HugeTen may request reasonable evidence from the relevant parties.

A complaint alone does not automatically establish that a Sports Crown was claimed without authorization.

HugeTen will consider the information reasonably available before taking action under these Sports Rules.

If HugeTen reasonably determines that the claimant was not authorized to represent the club, the Sports Crown may be removed in accordance with these Sports Rules.

6. Club Content and Intellectual Property

The claimant is responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use the club's name, trademarks, logos, images, and any other content submitted to HugeTen.

HugeTen does not grant the claimant any rights to club names, trademarks, logos, images, or other third-party intellectual property.

Where HugeTen receives a substantiated complaint from a relevant rights holder, HugeTen may suspend or remove affected content or a Sports Crown where reasonably appropriate and in accordance with applicable law and HugeTen's rules.

7. Sponsored Placement, Not a Ranking

Sports Crowns are paid sponsored advertising placements.

Crown numbers (#1–#10) indicate advertising positions only.

They do not represent sporting performance, league position, popularity, quality, sporting success, an endorsement by HugeTen, or an editorial ranking.

8. Crown Term, Pricing and Bidding

Sports Crown prices are annual prices for a 12-month placement period.

Starting annual prices are:

• Crown #1 — €1,200
• Crown #2 — €900
• Crown #3 — €750
• Crown #4 — €550
• Crown #5 — €400
• Crown #6 — €300
• Crown #7 — €250
• Crown #8 — €250
• Crown #9 — €250
• Crown #10 — €250

Sports Crown prices and bid amounts shown on HugeTen are base advertising prices. Applicable VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar transaction taxes may be added. For auction bids, the applicable tax is determined when payment is collected from the winning bidder, so the final amount charged may be higher than the winning bid. Tax treatment depends on the buyer's information and location, applicable law, and HugeTen's relevant tax registrations.

Sports Crowns are also subject to HugeTen's general Crown & Bidding Rules.

Unless these Sports Rules expressly state otherwise, the general bidding, ownership, renewal, payment and related Crown rules apply to Sports Crowns.

9. Manual Renewal and Competition

Each Sports Crown placement has a 12-month placement cycle. There is no automatic renewal. HugeTen does not automatically charge the club at the end of the 12-month placement term. There is no auto-renew toggle.

Manual renewal becomes available during the final 7 days before the current Sports Crown expiration. The club must manually initiate and successfully complete a new payment to renew. The renewal price is the applicable Sports Crown base starting price for that position. Applicable VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar transaction taxes may be added. Tax is determined at payment time based on relevant customer information, location, applicable law, and HugeTen's tax registrations.

A successful manual renewal extends the Sports Crown by another full 12 months from the current (old) expiration date. The club does not lose the remaining days by renewing early during the 7-day renewal window.

Manual renewal is not available after the Sports Crown expires. A failed manual renewal payment does not extend the placement. The club may retry while the Sports Crown is still within the valid pre-expiration renewal window.

If the club does not successfully complete a manual renewal before the 12-month placement expires, the Sports Crown becomes Available at expiration. There is no post-expiration renewal grace period.

Competitive auction payments are separate from manual renewal payments. If the current owner wins a competitive auction and successfully pays, a fresh full 12-month placement cycle begins from the successful settlement moment. If another club wins and takes over, the new owner's 12-month placement begins according to the applicable activation timing.

The end of a monthly auction period by itself does not restart the 12-month placement or result in any charge. If there is no competitor, the owner is not charged and the existing 12-month placement expiration remains unchanged.

HugeTen may send service notifications or reminders relating to Sports Crown expiration and renewal. Failure to receive a reminder does not extend the Crown term or the renewal window.

Renewal, competing bids, payment obligations and succession of Sports Crowns are otherwise governed by the general Crown & Bidding Rules unless these Sports Rules expressly provide otherwise.

9a. Anti-Sniping Extension

If a valid bid is placed during the final 5 minutes of a Sports Crown auction, the auction closing time is automatically extended by 5 minutes from the time that bid is received. This extension may occur repeatedly if further valid bids are placed during each extended period.

9b. Auction Settlement and Winner Payment

Placing a bid does not charge you immediately. When you place a bid, you authorize HugeTen and its payment provider to save your payment method for auction settlement. If you become the winning eligible bidder, the winning amount may be charged automatically using the saved payment method without requiring you to manually return and initiate the payment.

9c. Failed Winner Fallback

If the highest eligible bidder cannot be successfully charged, is disqualified, or otherwise cannot complete settlement, HugeTen may proceed to the next highest eligible bidder according to the auction ordering. The next eligible bidder may therefore become the winner and become liable for their own winning bid amount. The auction does not automatically restart in this situation.

10. Sports Club Eligibility

A Sports Crown may represent only a genuine sports club or team operating in the selected sport.

Fan pages, unofficial supporter groups, media outlets, sports-related businesses and other third parties may not claim a Sports Crown in their own name or impersonate a club.

An authorized third-party representative may act on behalf of a genuine club only where that representative has authority from the club.

11. Accuracy of Club Information

The claimant is responsible for ensuring that the club name, official website, description, images, links and other information submitted for a Sports Crown are accurate, current and not misleading.

HugeTen may require correction, restrict visibility, suspend or remove content where it reasonably determines that the information violates these Sports Rules or applicable HugeTen rules.

12. Content Standards

All content submitted for a Sports Crown must comply with HugeTen's applicable content standards and prohibited/restricted activity rules.

Illegal, obscene, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, misleading, or rights-infringing content may be rejected, restricted, suspended or removed in accordance with applicable law and HugeTen's rules.

13. Club Changes and Transfers

A Sports Crown is associated with the club for which it was claimed.

A Sports Crown may not be sold, transferred, reassigned, or changed to represent an unrelated club.

Legitimate updates resulting from the same club's name change, rebranding or organizational changes may be permitted, subject to reasonable verification where necessary.

14. Representative Changes

The club is responsible for ensuring that persons acting on its behalf remain authorized.

If an authorized representative leaves the club or otherwise loses authorization, the club or another authorized representative may contact HugeTen regarding continued management of the Sports Crown.

HugeTen may request reasonable evidence of authority before changing account access or control associated with the Sports Crown.

15. Club Cessation

If a club or team permanently ceases operations or no longer participates in the relevant sport, HugeTen may deactivate or remove its Sports Crown where reasonably appropriate.

The Crown may not be reassigned by the holder to another club.

Payments are not refundable solely because the club or team ceases operations or participation during the Crown term, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Sport Eligibility

A club may claim a Sports Crown only in a sport in which that club or sports organization genuinely operates a team.

Claiming a Sports Crown in an unrelated sport is not permitted and may result in suspension or removal of the Crown.

17. Multi-Country Organizations

Operating internationally does not by itself allow an organization to claim Sports Crowns in multiple countries.

A Sports Crown may be claimed in a country only where the organization genuinely operates the specific club or team represented by that Crown.

18. Country Changes

A Sports Crown is associated with the country and sport for which it was originally claimed.

If a club subsequently relocates or changes the country in which the relevant team officially operates, the existing Sports Crown does not automatically transfer to another country's Sports market.

Any Crown in the new country must be obtained through the applicable HugeTen Crown process.

19. Club Reorganization or Succession

If a club undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring or similar organizational change, HugeTen may determine, based on reasonable evidence, whether the Sports Crown may continue under the club's legitimate successor.

HugeTen may request reasonable supporting evidence before approving such a change.

This process may not be used to transfer a Sports Crown to an unrelated club.

20. Verification Requests

HugeTen does not necessarily verify every club or representative before a Sports Crown is claimed.

However, where reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, suspected misuse, unauthorized representation, or a potential violation of these Sports Rules, HugeTen may request reasonable evidence concerning:

• the claimant's authority to represent the club;
• the identity of the club;
• the country in which the relevant club or team operates;
• the club's participation in the selected sport; or
• rights relating to content submitted for the Sports Crown.

Failure to provide reasonably requested evidence may result in restriction, suspension or removal of the Sports Crown where HugeTen reasonably determines that the applicable requirements have not been established.

21. Claimant Errors

The claimant is responsible for reviewing the selected country, sport, Crown position, club information and applicable price before completing a purchase.

A purchase made as a result of the claimant's own selection or submission error does not automatically create a right to a refund, transfer or reassignment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Additional Terms

The HugeTen Terms of Service, Crown & Bidding Rules, applicable content policies, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Sponsored Placement Disclosure and other applicable HugeTen rules remain applicable to Sports Crowns.

If there is a conflict between these Sports Rules and the general Crown & Bidding Rules concerning a matter specifically addressed by these Sports Rules, these Sports Rules govern that Sports-specific matter, subject to applicable law.
